Release 8.0 of our tools NET and FTTx Design Suite
TKI has provided their customers a major new version of its tools NET Network Explorer for Telecommunications and FTTx Design Suite. The release 8.0 features many new functions which will enhance the efficiency of your work.
In the FTTx Design Suite, our users will benefit from many enhancements in and new functions of the conversion of high level design (HLD) into a low level design (LLD) or the HLD calculation. In addition, a new filter has been added to the demand point form which allows one to quickly jump to the respective building units, the "Store workspace" command also supports the automatic pre-processing now, settings for the automatic pre-processing will be saved as defaults, the import of FiberPlanIT projects has been extended to support importing additional results or complete projects with results now, and - last but not least - the new pre-processing for creating copper connections is available now.
The new release of NET features the Documentation Package (DocPack) which offers the automatic generation of construction documents like construction plans, permit plans, cable route plans based on plotting grids or splicing reports and schematic splicing plans.
Besides, the FTTx Planning Wizard enables one to define the number of micro-ducts when naming the duct-bundles. The Rack Editor supports now assign rack configurations to other racks and the Routing function offer the option to look for redundant routes.
Version 8.0 is compatible with Autodesk AutoCAD Map 3D 2016, 2017, and 2018.
